From the moment I booked, I received excellent service from the staff. I had requested an early check-in due to my travel schedule, and the team was extremely accommodating. A big thank you to Asmita, who patiently explained all the necessary details over the phone regarding my stay, early check-in, and documentation. Her calm and professional approach made everything seamless. Upon arrival, Shubham and Vyankatesh made sure the check-in process was smooth and quick. They were welcoming, polite, and efficient exactly what I needed after a long journey. Also, Mr. Chirag, who is a genuinely kind person and assisted me with my luggage during departure. His helpful attitude really stood out and left a great impression.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, and I want to thank Vyankatesh and Shubham for their exceptional service. After a long, exhausting trip, Vyankatesh went out of his way to accommodate me with an early check-in, which made all the difference. His kindness and efficiency really helped me settle in comfortably. Shubham also provided excellent service, ensuring everything was taken care of. The staff, in general, was incredibly understanding and friendly, making me feel right at home. I truly appreciate their support and hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

I recently stayed here at Ibis Hotel Viman Nagar Pune. I like the ambience of the hotel from entry gate to my room. I like there room size and structure that is comfortable for single guest who travel for business or etc. Food was nice. I accomodate early in room as comp by reception staff Vinay. Thanks to him for great service and give me early check in before the time of check in. I will definitely tell all people to visit once. Thanks Vinay.😍😍

I like the location for the purpose of my trip as it is closer to the airport too. I like the nice buffet breakfast with several mixed options from continental and Indian food. Staff was very helpful and kind as well.

Had a wonderful experience at Ibis! The staff was polite and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vinay who was exceptionally helpful and made sure everything went smoothly — her warm attitude truly stood out. The food was flavorful with great variety, and the service was prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

Location is very convenient for air travelers as it is not very far from airport. Even for those traveling by train the Ramwadi metro is near from where it is only 10-15 minutes to Pune Junction. Phoenix market city mall is also very near. The breakfast is good with a nice spread. The room is spacious and well lit.

I recently stayed at the Hotel during my business travel in February 2023 and had a fantastic experience. The rooms and washrooms were immaculately clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. The hotel's location near the Phoenix mall, the biggest mall in Pune, and its proximity to the airport were both very convenient. In addition, there was a delicious and spicy street food lane just a short distance away. The decoration of the hotel was extraordinary and the vibrant colors throughout the hotel brought a smile to my face. While the food could use some additional attention from the chef, the most amazing thing about the hotel was their commitment to using recyclable products, packaging, and even cutlery. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel IBIS Pune for anyone traveling to Pune. The cleanliness, convenient location, and eco-friendly practices make it a great choice. I will certainly be choosing this hotel for my future trips to Pune."

Ibis viman Nagar Pune is good property for business stay. Staff is motivated and very conscious about residents' comfort. Food quality is good. Breakfast spread is great. Centrally located.. overall a pleasing experience.
